InfoDBase provides’s CRM function include the pre-admission module that allows students to apply for admission through the educational institution’s website. Admin users can add custom form fields to the application form to suit the needs of their educational institution.
Admin users can access applications received from various custom applications or enquiry forms in a centralised location. This module allows admin users to view, edit, manage applications. They are able to action applications and progress them from application to enrolment (application, accepted, admission offered, enrolled). They are also able to withdraw applications on behalf of students or reject admissions.
There is also a search functionality that allows admin users to search for a particular applicant using any of the custom application fields.
Once a decision on an application has been made, admin users are able to SMS or email the student/parent/guardian about the outcome or this feature can be utilized to gather more information. Admin users are also able to action applications one-by-one or apply a change in bulk.
Finally InfoDBase provides one click enrolment option which transfers all data from pre-admissions module to the student information system, providing the ability to manage the entire pre-admissions to enrolment process with ease.
